　　Basic Job Functions:

　　Nucor Business Technology (NBT) is seeking qualified applicants for the Production/Quality Support Analyst position. 　　The Production/Quality Support Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all mill operation applications and supporting users in the daily execution of those tools. This will include but is not limited to the following:

　　Work directly with division team members to provide day to day business support of all related manufacturing tools including Oracle EBS, QCC , Scrap and MES Systems

　　Troubleshoot and provide guidance and solutions for day to day problems faced by business users during the manufacturing process

　　Proactively identify repetitive problems and submit suggestions for enhancement or changes.

　　Recognize system inefficiencies and engage necessary technical team members for resolution or improvement

　　Provide training to individuals or teams as needed

　　Act as the source of knowledge for metallurgical questions as they relate to Oracle EBS and system integrity

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　2+ years experience with Oracle EBS, QMOS, PSI or other mill manufacturing tools

　　2+ years work experience in quality control systems in a manufacturing setting

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　In depth understanding of steel making process and how different grades and customer requirements apply

　　2+ years experience as a Quality Lead in a Steel Making environment

　　2+ experience working with multiple customers and resolving issues
