　　Basic Job Functions:

　　Nucor Business Technology (NBT) is seeking qualified applicants for the Commercial/Shipping Support Analyst position. 　　The Commercial/Shipping Support Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all mill scheduling applications and supporting users in the daily execution of those tools. This will include but is not limited to the following:

　　Work directly with division team members to provide day to day business support of all related Commercial/Shipping tools including but not limited to Oracle EBS, OTM, Configurator, PSI

　　Troubleshoot and provide guidance and solutions for day to day problems faced by business users during the manufacturing process

　　Proactively identify repetitive problems and submit suggestions for enhancement or changes.

　　Recognize system inefficiencies and engage necessary technical team members for resolution or improvement

　　Provide training to individuals or teams as needed

　　Act as the source of knowledge for Commercial and Shipping questions as they relate to Oracle EBS and system integrity

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　2+ years experience with Oracle EBS, OTM, Configurator or PSI

　　2+ years work experience in a manufacturing setting

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　5+ years support experience with Oracle EBS Sales, Oracle Configurator and OTM applications

　　In depth knowledge of Oracle EBS Sales and OTM module capabilities and table structures

　　Ability to create SQL scripts to query and determine cause of failure for resolution

　　Ability to create scripts for quick fixes, such as data fixes
