Inventory Control Manager Position SummaryOPEX Corporation is currently looking for a full time Inventory Control Manager to work at our World Headquarters in Moorestown, NJ. If you have experience with warehouse management systems and proficient knowledge of inventory control, with the ability to provide the necessary leadership that is associated with building and maintain procedures to maximize inventory management efficiency, then OPEX may be the right place for you to pursue your career. ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate activities of all staff members engaged in inventory control, receiving, and material handling within 3 warehouse locationsCollaborate with cross-function teams to optimize inventory capabilities and ensure inventory accuracyOversee reconciliation of inventory discrepancy Conduct root cause analyst, drive accountability, and process improvementsControl inventory levels by conducting physical inventory counts, reconciling with Oracle ERP systemMaintain warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilization Oversee teams’ performance, conduct annual performance reviewsSupport corporate initiatives, projects, and strategies with focus on on-going process improvementsEnsure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field 5+ years warehouse management and inventory control experienceProficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controlsExcellent understanding of warehouse management operations and proceduresWarehouse Management System experience (Oracle knowledge is a plus)Strong management and interpersonal skillsStrong decision making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficient computer skills Physical/Work EnvironmentsWorker will be working in a warehouse/production environmentWorker will be working in a fast-paced environmentSitting and standing for an extended periodABOUT USCompany OverviewOPEX Corporation is more than a manufacturer of machines.
