Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is seeking knowledgeable Senior Supply Chain Analysts for one of her well respected clients. As a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing strategic insights to enhance the supply chain processes. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain supply chain models, forecasts, and metrics to support decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive operational excellence.

Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to address supply chain issues.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track supply chain performance and identify areas for optimization.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across the supply chain.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or related roles.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.

Solid understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.

Experience with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) is a plus.

Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is desirable.
