  Primary Function:

  We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Supply Chain with a proven track record of success and expertise in the manufacturing and semiconductor sectors. As the Director of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our end to end supply chain operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products and services. Your exceptional project management leadership skills will be instrumental in driving achievement of objectives and meeting business goals. With your proven strategic leadership you will develop strategies to improve supply chain effectiveness, continuity of supply, cost savings, process control, scalability, and long term viability of the supply chain.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with suppliers with the goal to drive cost and performance optimization throughout the entire supply chain.

  Develop key metrics for monitoring supply chain performance including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Purchase Price Variance (PPV), and conduct Make vs. Buy analyses.

  Develop supplier performance scorecards for all suppliers and conduct regular performance review meetings with suppliers.

  Drive continuous improvement to key business metrics including Master Schedule Accuracy, Daily Schedule Adherence, Inventory Accuracy, PO’s with Full Lead Time, and On-Time Good Material.

  Utilize lean principles and techniques to drive continuous improvement. Develop an improvement focused environment that engages all employees and drives standardization across the organization.

  Actively contribute to the annual operating plan including resource planning (staffing and resource allocation), budget development, and tracking performance to budget for Raw Materials as a % of Sales and Freight as a % of Sales.

  In partnership with the Sales and Operations team, manage the capacity models within the S&OP process to provide accurate forecasting of capacity requirements to meet the forecasted demand.

  As a member of the Trebor leadership team, contribute to the identification, development, and implementation of strategic plans. Lead and/or sponsor strategic initiatives across the company.

  Contribute to the Business Development Team activity for sourcing new materials and integrating new products into the ERP system (JDE)

  Drive centralized inventory management systems

  Direct the strategic and tactical activities of the supply planning & inventory functions

  Utilize data analysis and reporting to support supply chain strategies, cost reduction efforts, inventory reduction targets, and compliance

  Establish global sourcing strategy and policy by commodity

  Liaise with Engineering to align sourcing strategy with product life cycle technology roadmaps to optimize PPV generation potential and overall efficiencies of supply chain.

  Establish and maintain global negotiation processes and methodology, supported by purchasing contract, policy, and service level procedures

  Architect the company's framework for the continuous evolution and advancement of supply partnerships.

  Commercial Market Analysis: Obtain market information and intelligence for Cost Engineering and Quotation Management in terms of market trends

  Conduct low margin order analysis for root cause and implement preventative action plans.

  Develop a vision and roadmap to deliver improved performance within the ERP system including improved scheduling processes, capacity models, Bill of Resources, inventory management, etc.

  Requirements:

  Bachelor's Degree in related field and 12+ years of related experience in planning, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and/or materials management required

  Master’s Degree in a related field with 10+ years of related experience preferred

  CPIM or CSCP certification preferred

  Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus

  Demonstrated ability to manage one or more teams and provide coaching and feedback, including responsibility for all employee actions including hire/fire authority and partnering with HR on all aspects of employee relations

  Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making

  Proficient in both Microsoft Office Suite and related systems including JD Edwards

  Proven successful project management leadership skills

  Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

  Proven track record of strategic planning, thinking and execution
