This role requires a meticulous approach and strong financial acumen.The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping procurement strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, and improving cost efficiency.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage a team of analysts and specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the Procurement organization.Reporting and Dashboard Management: Accountable for the development and maintenance of accurate procurement dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for Procurement, C&W Business Units and ClientsData Analytics: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Develop predictive models to optimize supplier performance and achieve cost reduction/avoidance.Supplier Performance Management: Collaborate with others to assess supplier performance using data-driven insights. Accountable for development and maintenance of supplier management dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the procurement organization and recommend data-driven solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements. Continuously evaluate and improve the supplier value, reporting and analytics processes to enhance program health, implementing best practices and automation where applicable.Data Governance: Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data regulations and governance standards.Supplier Compliance Cost Management: Oversee the process as liaison between the fee collection teams, finance, and leadership. Establish and maintain a process for tracking and reconciling fee forecasts, accruals, actuals, and budgets.Financial Analysis: Manage periodic financial analysis to identify organizational spend trends, cost-saving opportunities, and fee trends.Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Prepare and provide necessary documentation for audits.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Accounting, Finance, or Data Science.
