Description We are in search of a Desktop Technician to join our team in Kyle, Texas. In this role, you'll be part of our tech team, working in a fast-paced environment to provide exceptional technical support and guidance to end-users. You'll handle everything from processing requests through our help desk portal to maintaining hardware inventory. This role is an exciting opportunity to work in the tech industry and make a real difference to our end-users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support to end-users on computing equipment, applications, and enterprise solutions through various channels such as phone, email, or remote support sessions.

• Document, work on, resolve, and appropriately disposition end-user support requests submitted via different platforms including help desk portal, email, phone, and instant messaging.

• Manage user account details, group membership, and email mailboxes.

• Maintain a work log of daily operational tasks required for provisioning and maintaining operable hardware inventory.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computing equipment, peripherals, applications, and medical devices.

• Participate in infrastructure installations, including structured cabling, networking equipment, wireless access points, audio/video conferencing equipment, security cameras, and UPS devices.

• Collaborate on team projects and with other departments to assist with developing and implementing solutions to meet business needs.

• Stay current with employed technologies and solutions, engage in personal development initiatives, contribute resolutions to IT KB articles, and participate in after-hours support coverage.

• Provide excellent internal and external customer service, addressing and assisting patients, staff, vendors, contractors, guests, and business partners with the highest level of courteousness and professionalism. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Desktop Technician or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Android Development.

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies.

• Experience with Citrix Technologies.

• Solid knowledge of Computer Hardware.

• Expertise in Dell Technologies.

• Ability to manage Active Directory.

• Experience with Apple Devices.

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies.
