Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our client's senior executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a diverse set of administrative tasks and should be organized, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.

Preparing internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.

Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings, managing travel itineraries.

Upholding a strict level of confidentiality.

Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.

Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

In-depth understanding of the entire Microsoft Office Suite.

High degree of professionalism and strong ability to handle confidential information.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Education level: Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
