If you're passionate about precision, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and aspire to contribute to the next era of aerospace excellence, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.The selected Supplier Quality Engineer will provide support to the Raw Materials Product Center Global Supply Chain organization relative to improvement of suppliers' Quality as well as providing Quality interface, expertise, and support to Suppliers. The position offers opportunities for continued growth and development in both technical as well as interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

　　Develop and maintain key relationships with Suppliers’ Quality and Operations Management teams, as well as P&W internal disciplines (engineering, procurement, and other support organizations) to resolve production challenges in a fast-paced environment.

　　Work with suppliers to help them meet P&W quality requirements and achieve best-in-class quality, delivery, and service to ensure P&W customer confidence.

　　Monitor supplier overall quality performance and proactive quality initiatives, such as, conducting supplier Vendor Corrective Action Board (VCAB), and visits to domestic and international suppliers for ongoing Supplier Wellness Assessments.

　　Conduct data analysis in QLIK dashboards and SAP to collect and analyze data to implement process and design changes at suppliers to improve their quality and productivity.

　　Escape Management Support to Investigation Managers in Quality Clinic. Collect/Compile data and drive Continuous improvement initiatives at the Supplier in reaction to escapes, and in support of reduced cost and lead-time. Hold Suppliers accountable for robust root cause and corrective actions and implement sustainable corrective / preventive action on all escapes and high impact recurring quality issues.

　　Engage with and present information to cross-functional leadership teams as it pertains to supplier improvement efforts.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years' experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality, or supply chain or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience.

　　U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

　　Experience in Quality tools such as 8D, RCCA, PFMEA, GD&T and PPAP.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Must be able to obtain data from part prints/specifications, and then process that data into meaningful information on process capability.

　　Computer skills- Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel.

　　Practical CORE/Six Sigma experience a plus.

　　Proficiency in Quality tools such as 8D, RCCA, PFMEA, GD&T and PPAP.

　　Experience with SAP and other IT Quality system a plus.

　　Experience with ASQR-01 / AS9100.

　　Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

　　The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
