　　Details about this opportunity:      

　　Part Time Fee for Service

　　This Position is a combination of remote and in person. Will have to travel every six months to Family’s home for IFSP meeting. May have to travel for meetings at DOH once month.

　　Available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Not necessarily available all day.)

　　Westchester County, NY

　　Compensation: $13 per unit- $60/Hour

　　Please note: This is a range. Rates are determined by service minutes.

　　Responsibilities:  

　　Responsible for monitoring the delivery of Early Intervention Services on a child’s IFSP 

　　Provide parents with continuing opportunities to share information, priorities and concerns regarding their services and concerns of their child 

　　Insure timeliness of paperwork submission and implementation of NYS and County regulations 

　　Facilitate the development of a transition plan to preschool  

　　Attend and participate in continuing education, ongoing staff in-services and quarterly meetings 

　　 About You:

　　Exposure to the practice of maintaining a high level of confidentiality

　　Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times a stressful environment  

　　And this background:  

　　Must be an Established Ongoing Service Coordinator

　　Committed to helping children and their families.  

　　Ability to multitask efficiently with several cases.  

　　Experience in Early Childhood.  

　　Obtain BEI Certification for Service Coordination within 90 days of employment.  

　　Bilingual is a plus
