　　Job Information

　　Responsible for maintaining and improving the product quality assurance processes and, when suppliers have difficulty to meet standards, set specifications and targets; Responsible for managing and supervising supplier defect management process. Role & Responsibility

　　Supplier Quality management:

　　• Independently performs SDR review and process audits at the supplier

　　• Provides coherent and summarized SDR data to SDE

　　• Support SDE to perform system audit at supplier

　　• Takes part during escalation reviews

　　• Administration of Supplier Defect Reports and supplier corrective action plan follow-up

　　• Continuous improvement of supplier capabilities, root cause analysis and mistake proofing

　　• Perform supplier visits for problem solving reviews and specific focus audits related to the SDRs

　　'• Decrease of reoccurring claims (SDR´s)

　　• Decrease of PPM (defective parts per million)

　　• Count of SDR according to the status

　　• Machine DPHU

　　• Number of audits at suppliers/results

　　Problem solving:

　　• Investigate manufacturing/product identified risks and make recommendations to resolve and/or correct such problems

　　• Validate the supplier implementation of appropriate corrective actions where necessary as regard of the SDRs

　　Operation:

　　• Provides support for production quality technicians and engineers with all suppliers related issues

　　• Participate to BU QRQC related to supplier’s issues

　　Maintains the administration of supplier defects

　　• Support operation and service with emergency issues related to poor supplier quality

　　• Supervise the management of defectives parts (Return / Rework / Scrap) as per supplier’s feedback

　　• Supervise operative’s containments action that must be implemented to secure production in case of supplier defective parts respecting rules related to safety and quality in place in the company

　　• Collect costs information related to Supplier Defect Reports and invoice it through the portal

　　• Be the voice of the supplier within the factory

　　Job Requirement

　　Education: Quality - Secondary School - Allow Equivalent

　　Certificate: Green Belt appreciated

　　Experience: 2>5 years

　　Travel: <10%

　　Experience in a manufacturing environment (Lean Manufacturing experience preferred)

　　Engineering degree

　　Global Breadth: Multi-Country (> One Country)

　　Knowledge of quality tools, knowledge on parts validation process (PPAP and APQP, SPC, 8D)

　　Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing

　　French and English (ability to communicate with the shop floor and supplier)

　　MS Office package

　　Communication and team working skills

　　Knowledge on parts validation process (PPAP and APQP)
