Conduct strategic planning, conceptualizing, integration or assimilation of technical, financial, human resources, programmatic or business operational programs. Collaborate with personnel outside the organization on program requirements. Assigns work to team leaders or employees. Oversee projects to shape the goals of the organization. Collaborate with IT Specialists and Engineers in the development of software releases. Leverage configuration control best practices to assist in the development of technical requirements and implementations. Basic Requirement for SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS): Specialized and Other Experience: To qualify for this position, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (DE-02 or GS-11) or equivalent pay band in the Federal service which includes 1) Support Information Technology (IT) systems / services or familiarization with networking, systems administration, infrastructure, or Information Systems security posture; 2) Manage information/software systems supporting architectures, software production, application systems development, information/software project management, risk management, software process models, software engineering technologies, or Computer-Aided Systems Engineering (CASE); 3) Evaluate requirements or modifications to existing software IT systems; AND 4) Support or lead a project in the development/execution of software releases. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower pay band/grade level position in the federal service (DE-02/GS-11).
