The Supervisor, Training and Development creates,administers, and delivers training programs and resources for theorganization. The Supervisor, Training and Development continuouslyassesses the new hire and ongoing training needs for the organization.They work to create interactive training, facilitate training topics,and evaluate effectiveness of the program and retention of materialthrough continuous enhancement of the training program. This roledevelops and facilitates training through multiple channels anddemonstrates culture and competencies for trainees so they in turnbecome strong performers within the Lumicera pharmacy operations teamand organization. The Supervisor, Training and Development will focus onworking collaboratively with both operations teams, quality teams andsupervisor level and above to continue to develop enhancements andimprovements to the overall organization training program. TheSupervisor, Training and Development will collaborate with pharmacyleadership and may assist with training for all departments and otherentities as required to ensure successful performance of teams. Plan, create, developand facilitate training manuals, learning modules, and course materialsfor new employees and existing employees. Review training materials froma variety of sources and choose appropriate materials for training inspecialty pharmacy. Ensure essential resources have appropriatedocumentation and effective utilization by employees; includingRxVector, Lighthouse, NaviClaim, Compass, phone technology and others asdetermined. Collaborate with others across the organization and withinLumicera and Navitus to ensure relevancy of material, identify trendsand needs and assist in building foundation of quality serviceFacilitate meetings with key stakeholders of training programdevelopment. Facilitate periodic meetings with trainee\'ssupervisor/manager for evaluation of trainee progress. Provide diversemethods of adult learning for all employees.
