　　Supervisor, Expeditor

　　KBR’s global business comprises two main segments – Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) and Government Solutions (GS). This role sits within STS in the Integrated Solutions business unit. Integrated Solutions is the engineering and project delivery group providing services which include front-end and detailed engineering, procurement, construction services, and program management primarily in the hydrocarbons and energy transition industries.

　　KBR is looking for Expediters to work on various projects.

　　Main purpose of the job:

　　The Expeditor will oversee all the expediting activities that take place on the project in respect of equipment and material deliveries as well as the timely submittal of suppliers’ data.

　　Responsible for coordinating expediting visits to the various manufacturing facilities where Supplier progress is monitored and verified in person.

　　The main objectives are to ensure that all Expediting activities at post award are managed in accordance with KBR’s policies and to maintain a high standard of transparency and confidentiality.

　　Expediting activities performed at all execution centres are to be conducted in accordance with this Plan.

　　Key Tasks:

　　Establishing and monitoring fabrication, assembly and delivery schedules for equipment and materials to ensure delivery as required by the current project schedule.

　　Ensuring that Sub-Suppliers are expedited from manufacturing point, where their delivery governs the prime Supplier’s performance.

　　Expediting Supplier Data submission as per Document Registers, as well as production of materials and equipment.

　　Investigating all delays of Supplier’s activities and instigate solutions or alternative recommendations to the Project Procurement Manager / Procurement Coordinator.

　　Coordinating and monitoring the Freight Forwarder’s activities. Assisting as necessary in the preparation of required shipping documents.

　　Reporting the status of delivery and expediting results by means of a formal issue of Package Action Tracker to agreed project personnel.

　　Assisting the Inspection Co-Ordinator where required to ensure Suppliers adhere to our deadlines.

　　Raising and issuing third party expediting assignments as and when required – in accordance with procedures.

　　Evaluating expediting performance of third-party expediting services.

　　Travelling as required to visit prime and sub suppliers. Preparing visit reports as requested.

　　Live updates to be provided inro ESR report.

　　Attending weekly ESR meetings when required.

　　Attending weekly progress meetings with the POMT and suppliers.

　　Intervening and resolving issues where appropriate or where seniority dictates.

　　Participating in the identification of under-performing vendors and establishing corrective actions for recovery and advising the Procurement Team Leader.

　　To be accountable for the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned packages.

　　Experience:

　　A relevant number of years' experience in executing projects.
