  Here's what you can expect as a Talent Partnership Team Manager at DaVita:

  Talent Partnership Team is responsible for sourcing PCTs and RN talent from unique pockets of our economy. The scope of this role is to supervise the team of administrators and project managers that support the placement of students for internships, observations, and clinical rotations in our field. The supervisor must be driven to deliver service excellence, build and support our team of administrators, and think outside the box to drive process improvement.

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Drive performance across the PCT and RN internship lanes via your teamIdentifying process improvement opportunities across all programs and drive to executionReview success metrics and report out monthly on progress against KPIsDirect supervision of 7+ direct reports (Administrators & Project Mangers)Build relationships with key stakeholders such as:Talent Acquisition MangersTA Directors, PI&A, HRISOther teammates that our programs impactIdentify new opportunities for growth and articulate how our program can support Talent Acquisition's broader strategyHR experience is helpful, but not requiredExperience with school partnership is helpful, but not requiredWillingness to learn and understand Talent Acquisition philosophy and strategy is a mustManagement experience is preferred, but not requiredHere is what you can expect when you join our Village:A "community first, company second" culture based on Core Values that really matter.

  Salary/ Wage Range

  $62,200.00 - $91,300.00 / year

  Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
