Overview
As a People Services Talent Specialist you will collaborate with others on initiatives that are critical to the success of the enterprise. Projects adapt to business needs over time. And, activities may include: running administrative processes, supporting Talent projects, and coordinating activities for Talent team.
The Specialist will be part of a team of highly motivated individuals with backgrounds ranging from management consulting to project management to healthcare delivery.
This role will preferably be based out of our Denver headquarters and has an in-office requirement of two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays, subject to change and offered flexibility). Remote candidates will be considered if strong qualifications and core competencies are demonstrated throughout the interview process. The interview process will consist of an initial phone screen, analytical assessment, behavioral based interview, case study, and call with hiring manager and/or VP.

Run administrative processes, support Talent projects, and coordinate activities for Talent team, including but not limited to: Provide analyses and reporting to key internal stakeholdersManage centralized email accounts to respond to inquiries on a range of talent-related topicsAdminister various development programs and documenting participation in a variety of development opportunitiesSubmit and manage invoicesConduct assessment administration, including sharing results upon requestCreate training and quick reference guides to support HR processes and systemsQualificationsHigh School Diploma1-3 years of total work experienceDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, PowerPointExcel: ability to find averages, create pivot tables, graphs & identify trends in dataSuperior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely mannerWhat We'll Provide:
