Are you ready to take off on yournext career with us? Job Summary Responsible for supervising,coordinating, and controlling all aspects of Passenger and/or Cargooperations. Responsibilities Supervises all shift and ongoing activitiesrelated to Passenger and/or Cargo operations. Monitors the quantity andquality of work performance of assigned personnel. Directs personnelwithin assigned functional area. Oversees and advises on staffing needsfor appropriate coverage. Participates in the discipline, coaching,counseling, hiring and termination of subordinates; trainingsubordinates. Ensures budgetary controls and manning requirements. Mayberequired to communicate with Airport Board officials and individualcustomers. Proactively monitors the work of assigned employees to ensurethat customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality and employeerelations meet or exceed standards. Maintains and controls all requiredaspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate securityprogram and TSA requirements. Ensures compliance with Company rules andregulations and contractual agreements. Reads, understands and clarifiesthe implementation of the site-specific security plan and ensure thatall WFS staff are issued with a relevant company ID and that they arerequired to display this identity badge. Administers practices in a fairand equitable manner, where all employees, customers, vendors and otherthird parties are treated with respect. Minimum Requirements Must be atleast 18 years of age. Associate\'s degree or equivalent experience. 6months to 1 year of related experience and/or training. Valid driver\'slicense. Preferred Skills Ability to work rotating shifts includingweekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays, and days off.Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the Englishlanguage. Physical Requirements/Working Conditions Ability to lift up to70 pounds.
