Description:

　　The Site Superintendent will be coordinating with and assisting the Project Manager, vendors, subcontractors and Management to determine the need for manpower, materials, and equipment. The Site Superintendent will be the direct liaison with the Government Contracting Official as well as directing the daily activities of subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with contract documents, safety rules, and quality/security requirements to maximize production and eliminate disruptions and downtime. Ensures the construction schedule and budget are kept in accordance to plan. The project is at Quantico so access to base is a must

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　5 years experience as superintendent, Federal experience preferred but not required.

　　Construction software experience

　　Ability to communicate with PM's and owners
