　　·Pediatric Female Patient

　　·Acuity Level: G-tube

　　·Location: Tempe

　　·Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

　　About case:

　　Patient is a pediatric female patient who is needing help Monday through Friday. The family is looking for a female nurse who is covid-19 vaccinated. This family is an amazing and kind family to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!

　　(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)

　　Responsibilities:

　　Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care

　　Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs

　　Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition

　　Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

　　Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
