Additional Skills Qualifications:

Proven history as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects. - Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget. - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any related field preferred - 3+ years of experience as the lead superintendent on projects. - Use MS Projects and ProcoreExperience Level:
