This is temporary -fulltime position starting on 4/1/2024 and ending on12/15/2024.
Remove snow, water or debris from roof: install or replace single-plyroofing systems, using waterproof sheet material such as modifiedplastics, elastomeric, or other asphaltic compositions; cut feltshingles or strips of flashing to fit angles formed by walls, vents,fireplaces or interesting roof surfaces using chalk lines, bubble gaugesor lines on shingles - install partially overlapping layers of materialover roof insulation surfaces; install skylights on roofs; waterproof ordamp proof walls, floors, roofs, foundations or basements by painting orspraying surfaces with waterproof coatings - or attaching waterproofingmembranes to surface.

Involves loading and unloading tools and supplies and equipment weighingup to 60 lbs. Involves working outdoors in all types of weather.Involves extensive standing, sitting or walking. Involves frequentstooping or vending. Involves repetitive movements.

Transportation provided to multiple worksites from central location inSharon, VT.
60 minutes of unpaid breaks throughout the day.
*Terms and Conditions of Employment: \$22.89 to \$24.89 per hour.
Minimum of 40 hours per week Monday Friday (with a possibility ofSaturday)
6:30 AM to 4:30PM (schedules may vary)
Overtime is available as needed.
Overtime rate is \$34.34 to \$37.34. Possibility of Performance basedraise. On the job training provider.
*Housing: if required, employer may assist non-local workers securingoptional worker-paid lodging (not to exceed payroll deducted.Transportation: Employer will provide advance transportation costs formost economically common carrier for workers, either foreign ordomestic, to place of employment form place of recruitment and reimbursesubsistence when worker completes %05 of the work period.
*Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount ofthe transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.Daily subsistence to be reimburses at ta minimum amount of \$25.46 perday during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per 24 hour period (withreceipts) of travel.
*Three-fourths guarantee -: The employer guarantees to offer work forhours equip to at least three fourths of the work days in each 12-weekperiod of the total employment period.
*Tools-, Equipment and supplies: Employer will provide all tools andsupplies, without charge or deposit, necessary to perform job duties. Onthe Job Training provided.
*Miscellaneous: Employer will use a single work week as its standardfor computing wages due; pay is WEEKLY.
*Employer will not make any deductions which are not required by lawunless employee requests or agrees to certain deductions in regards toadvance pay, reimbursements, etc.
Deductions will not drop the overall wage below the UDSOL minimum, ifthe ductions are too great they will not be made. H-2B Workers whom paidvisa, border and or other visa related fees, including those mandated bythe g vernment, will be reimbursed by employer in the first workweek.
