　　Our Opportunity

　　North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan and direct the operations through the plant supervisors, in all production areas in the manufacturing facility on off shifts, including safety, quality, productivity, continuous improvement, morale, communications, and all related plant personnel.

　　Essential Duties & Responsibilities

　　Your Priorities

　　Leads and directs department supervisors with respect to the volume, cost, quality of production, and in meeting both production schedules and delivery dates.

　　Encourages supervisors and production workers to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.

　　Promotes the efficient utilization of equipment, facilities, personnel, and raw materials.

　　Prepares and maintains production reports.

　　Ensures proper 6S' and maintenance (including preventive maintenance) within the plant.

　　Recommends process and procedural changes to improve overall plant profitability.

　　Requirements

　　Your Background

　　Education

　　Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related discipline, plus 8 years of manufacturing experience in a highly cosmetic quality environment OR

　　Associate’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related discipline, plus 10 years of manufacturing experience in a highly cosmetic quality environment OR

　　High School or GED, plus 12 years of manufacturing experience in a highly cosmetic quality environment.

　　Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
