Position: Summer Internship – Member/Customer Experience

　　Compensation: $16.00/hour

　　Duration: 10 weeks (May through July)

　　Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia; St. George, Utah; and Salt Lake City, Utah

　　The Member/Customer Experience Intern will be responsible for reviewingmember feedback data by location and channel to develop recommendations anduncover opportunities for improvement. They will build custom reports inMedallia to track progress for coaching and accountability, as well as implementmember feedback in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool for teammember visibility.

　　In line with our culture of continuous learning, valuing diversity, and our credit union mission to invest in the communities we serve, we believe in supporting the next generation of business professionals in their endeavors to apply their academic insight and gain practical knowledge in their respective fields. Our Summer Internship program will include a chance to work with leaders in your field, attend executive presentations, lunch and learn trainings, mentoring sessions, and team building events.
