We are currently looking to hire a Summer 2024 Finance Intern based in West Jordan, UT!The Summer 2024 Finance Intern will support the Plant Finance Department with day-to-day activities along with observing and working with other departments.  The Finance Intern will help the Minster facility by meeting with other departments and interpreting their activities by reporting out in a financial format.  A key component to this role is to understand the overall process of making Yogurt and learn how that applies to the costing function.  The Finance Intern reports to the Controller.The compensation rate for this internship is $24.00/hr. This position will work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday for 8 Weeks.

　　The ideal candidate will have:* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)* Demonstrated progress toward an undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field* Exceptional written communication skills including ability to write reports* Ability to communicate verbally one on one and in front of teams* Able to work independently as well as in a team in order to achieve results effectively* Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with all levels of plant personnel and be comfortable working with minimal supervision. Under minimal direction, works independently toward department objectives.* Self-motivated and a self-starter* Energy, resilience, determination, enthusiasm, and strong analytical skills to challenge the status quo.
