NCCPA requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of December 15, 2021, unless the employee qualifies for a legally required exemption. Contract and Vendor Management Administrator
Location: NCCPA is a hybrid work environment with our headquarters located in Johns Creek, Georgia. NCCPA has determined that the telecommuting status of this position is remote which means that employees in remote positions are allowed to primarily work remotely with required travel for mandatory meetings, including to the NCCPA headquarters.

As the Contract and Vendor Management Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all vendor and contracts for NCCPA, nccPA Health Foundation, and the PA History Society. You will assist the Senior Manager of Corporate Policy and Compliance with drafting and maintaining policies, procedures, job aids, and reference documents.
How Will You Make a Difference? You will…
Review Third-party vendor contracts to evaluate business risk and identify key terms and negotiation points
Serve as a co-administrator of the policy management system and the NCCPA vendor and contract management system
Revises and Negotiates contracts with third-party vendors
Provide contractual guidance to NCCPA Management and the Leadership Team
Analyze contract requirements and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures and applicable laws and/or regulations
Ensure NCCPA Departments and the supporting organizations are complying with contract and vendor management requirements
When authorized, liaises with outside legal counsel for the consultation and legal review of contracts
Create and maintains contract records in the NCCPA vendor and contract management system
Manage the legal review of standard contract templates
Manage vendors used by NCCPA including: conducting risk assessments, due diligence, evaluation, contract, annual review, vendor documentation oversight, creating and maintaining vendor records in the NCCPA vendor and contract management system
Update internal vendor and contract management policies and procedures, develops new vendor and contract management requirements and processes, when necessary.
Assist the Senior Manager of Corporate Policy and Compliance in writing, editing, and publishing policies, procedures, job aids and reference documents and the tracking of such documents.
Assist the Senior Manager of Corporate Policy and Compliance with internal compliance and related projects e.g., compliance and security training, SOC audits, enterprise risk management, records management
Hard Skills You Will Have
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge and understanding of risk management, compliance, and contract and business law
Three years of vendor and contract management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Highly developed time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Your ability to build and maintain positive business relationships with various levels of staff, vendors, and other NCCPA partners.

Compensation Range: $77,013.00- $89,500.00
