The Substitute Service Specialist works with child care program staff to implement and maintain a substitute enrollment process to ensure full staffing of programs. Builds strong relationships with local agencies, schools, towns, businesses and nonprofits to minimize staff vacancies and maximize substitute placements; assists potential substitutes with completion of appropriate forms and CCL requirements and onboarding to the web platform; works with child care providers in maintaining job postings and full use of the substitute platform.
