　　As Solutions Subject Matter Expert at Hologic you will have high level of expertise and knowledge to support our EMEA field service teams and our in-house Solution Specialists team. This includes expert level troubleshooting and root cause investigation, mapping out in-house training, providing input on product launches.

　　You will identify, deliver, and assess future and current training needs for the field service teams.

　　Provide troubleshooting assistance to Solution Specialists and use your expertise to drive to resolution. You will act as effective representative for the Hologic brand.

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Gather feedback, improve resolution time to deliver effortless customer experience

　　Conduct and provide workflow expertise for improving current customer’s solutions

　　Bridge regional intelligence to headquarters, clinical application team and internal and external partners

　　Conduct in house trainings for field service teams (direct and indirect markets) and other relevant internal teams to assist in furthering knowledge of Hologic product solutions according to Hologic Global Standards – virtual & F2F

　　Build and leverage strong relationships with all internal departments to achieve objectives

　　KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

　　Bachelor’s degree in life sciences – Radiology, ultrasonography, other as relevant

　　Prior experience in a service environment working with customers to resolve problems

　　Experience working with X-ray, Ultrasound and/or Medical Imaging Devices will be advantageous

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of German or French languages will be an added value.

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM and ERP systems

　　Independent self-starter with positive attitude

　　Demonstrated ability to successfully perform in an environment of changing priorities

　　Ability to interface and work effectively with all levels of the organization, vendors, customers

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
