[Full-Remote Position]
Responsibility:
Conducting assessments for prospective bootcamp students by evaluating various predetermined aspects (psychometric tests, interviews, and other measurement methods).
Generating reports on assessment results for each class batch.
Integrating data from psychometric tests, interviews, and other sources; then summarizing the findings from the combined data.
Coordinating with other relevant departments and being open to changes that occur during the assessment process.
Coordinating schedules with other interviewers, whether internal or external.
Requirements:
Educational background of Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an assessor/interviewer.
Collaborative and able to work under pressure.
Responsible and detail-oriented.
