Campbell campus.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES1.Provide excellent frontline customer service (via counter, email, phone, etc.) by responding to student or prospective student inquiries in the area of student services, general financial aid, or student account questions; also to include general information about Military funding/ programs. 2.Distribute information regarding academic programs offered. Assist students through the admissions process.3.Data entry in PeopleSoft student database that includes general student records, course-by-course entry for joint services transcripts, and grade entry for AI portal requirements.4.Provide outreach to current and prospective students regarding student services processes. 5.Provide clerical support for student advising sessions to include scheduling advising appointments, preparing packets, follow up reminders, and check-in process.6.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS•Associate degree and one year related work experience, or equivalent.•Excellent communication and customer service skills.•Organizational skills.•Attention to detail, data entry skills, and computer/technology skills.•Ability to multi-task in an open office environment.•Demonstrated ability to handle detailed work.KY law requires state and national pre-employment background checks as a condition of employment.Initial review of applicants will begin February 5, 2024.Applicants will be notified if selected for an interview.For questions regarding the above position, contact us by emailing [email protected]
