  Our MarTech Team is seeking a Marketing Personalization & Experimentation Associate responsible for the successful build and execution of D2C and B2B initiatives. This role will be fully dedicated to the D2C Marketing Agile Team powering digital web content, personalization and experimentation using modern MarTech capabilities. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of website best practices, personalization, and experimentation concepts along with experience using the Adobe suite of tools to drive optimization.

  The preferred EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. Highly Qualified virtual candidates may be considered.

  What you can expect:

  Own, execute, and update web content, personalization and experimentation supporting our D2C business, inclusive of campaign development, scheduling, QA & optimization.

  Collaborate across Retail Advice Solutions (RAS) to ideate and refine web experience, learning agenda, experiments, and personalization opportunities to drive increased engagement, sales, and positive outcomes.

  Partner with MarTech team to help drive technology roadmap while advancing experimentation strategy across the firm, with emphasis on D2C business.

  Coordinate with internal teams using agile ceremonies and project management tools to manage campaign build tasks, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within scope.

  Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance data connectivity, improve CMS capabilities and similar related projects, including requirements, troubleshooting, analysis and QA testing.

  Partner closely with data analytics to hypothesize and measure test results, drive conversion optimization, and enable real-time decisioning.

  Provide guidance on ways of working improvement opportunities.

  Troubleshoot day-to-day operating blockers with ADA, enterprise web authoring and Pru.com development teams.

  What youll need:

  Must have 3-5 years experience in using/configuring Adobe Target, Adobe AEM, Adobe Sites or other CMS and testing/personalization tools.

  Bachelors Degree or equivalent in digitally enabled business (Marketing, Technology, or Data focused degree a plus).

  Interest working in an agile environment fast-paced, dynamic, highly collaborative, and team-oriented.

  Experience creating and optimizing web content experiences, digital experimentation and personalization including landing page authoring, A/B testing and audience segmentation.

  Participation in establishing audience segments and utilizing content tagging for personalization.

  Knowledgeable of current trends in Website/Digital Testing and Personalization and active interest in ongoing learning.

  Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript when used to customize CMS and Target experiences as well as online tracking technologies such as Adobe Analytics and how they are leveraged to measure engagement (UTMs, cookies, etc.).

  Prior experience navigating complex matrixed organizations and data environments.

  Start-up mentality, with optimistic entrepreneurial spirit.

  Data-driven decision maker with a test-and-learn mentality.

  Itd be a plus if you had:

  Familiarity with Adobe Marketo Engage and other campaign orchestration tools.
