Provide quality control andquality assurance of erection drawings and fabrication drawings forlarge structural steel projects. Assist fabricators with questions. Helpdevelop detailing standards. Lead teams of engineers and detailers. Inorder to be considered for this position, we are seeking candidates whomeet the following basic qualifications: Minimum of 5 years ofstructural steel detailing experience. Candidates with greaterexperience are encouraged to apply. 2-year technical degree preferred.Fluency with 3D structural steel detailing software. SDS2 experiencehighly preferred. Certified Senior Detailer or Certified Detailer ispreferred. Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural andMEP drawings with regard to structural steel.
