　　We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Agent. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with our clients. 　　Respond to incoming customer calls efficiently while curiously probing for necessary details to bring resolution to customer inquiries and concerns.

　　Exceed customer expectations in every interaction by actively and attentively listening to customer concerns and displaying accurate knowledge, empathy for the customer situation, and providing swift actions to bring the most positive resolution.

　　Utilize call scripts effectively to accurately respond to specific call types.

　　De-escalate dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and needed support.

　　Maintain a high level of availability to inbound calls, email handling, physical correspondence, and future chat functionality to exceed call center service levels.
