This position will work with Administration Division management to coordinate and oversee special projects and initiatives. This includes completing research, identifying issues, developing communication plans, making minor changes, recommending solutions, and following up on changes to determine the impact to the Division. Responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion. Will measure and analyze the results of administrative and operational projects and initiatives. Works with management to identify and coordinate training across the Division.
