　　Job Description/Essential Functions:

　　Purpose:• To provide support in a residential setting to individuals experiencing mental health crisis who do not posean immediate risk to their own or the safety of others* To develop and implement individual program plans, coordinate and arrange the provision of specialized services, and provide counseling.* To provide crisis intervention support.Supervision Received:* Receives general and regular supervision from the Program DirectorSupervision Exercised:* Provides clinical supervision and guidance to Crisis Workers.

　　Job Qualifications:

　　Masters Degree with at least 3 years of relevant direct care experience or Bachelor's degree with 5 years direct care experience in the field of Mental Health.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of residential services.Excellent communications skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Organizational and analytical skills important.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
