　　As Strategic Projects Development Manager , your role will be to identify product opportunities to better serve the unique needs of our customers in the China market.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with Business Units, both local and global, to identify and prioritize product portfolio strategy based on opportunities in the Chinese market

　　Develop business case proposals and get buy-in from key stakeholders

　　Identify potential local partnership opportunities and explore their feasibility

　　Coordinate with the business development team to facilitate communication and negotiations for external partnerships, such as OEM in/out, M&A, etc.

　　Work closely with local Research and Development (R&D) teams to drive the execution of projects

　　Qualifications and Requirements:

　　Advanced degree in Life Sciences and/or business subject area. Graduate degree or MBA preferred

　　6+ years of business development, product management, or equivalent experience in the life science industry

　　Understand product portfolio management and life science tools

　　Strong experience building financial models and business proposals

　　Solid project management skills

　　Ability to influence across a sophisticated matrix organization

　　Collaboration leadership and communication, negotiation skill

　　Willing and able to travel internationally as needed (estimated 10-20% per annum)

　　Proficient in English and Mandarin.
