HP is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven ecommerce professional to drive the future of B2B e-commerce for HP’s WSS and contractual business. As B2B E-commerce Market Engagement Lead, you’ll drive e-commerce adoption among HP’s direct Corporate Enterprise and Public Sector customers. You’ll work closely with in-market Sales leaders to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative programs to communicate the features and benefits of ecommerce for both customers and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Work strategically with sales operations leaders to identify ecommerce growth opportunities
Create innovative programs to promote ecommerce features and benefits to sales teams
Lead market governance meetings to collaborate with Sales leaders and track ecommerce growth
Point of escalation for ecommerce expertise to support sales teams and customers
Work with sales teams to win new incremental business by promoting ecommerce capabilities to prospective customers
Communicate strategic e-commerce process decisions and plans, program status, and issues and workarounds in order to achieve alignment with e-commerce and market leadership
Provide voice-of-customer and voice-of-sales insights to the e-commerce team, helping direct the feature roadmap and future investment
Be an advocate for the needs of your markets withing the D&TO ecommerce team
Collaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, support the design of new or improved capabilities, and understand business/customer impact.
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
5+ years of experience with a sales, sales operations or ecommerce organization
The ability to build consultative, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams
Creative problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving KPI goals
A confident customer-facing person with strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
The ability to perform all essential job functions of the position with or without accommodations
Advanced knowledge and subject matter expertise for HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.
Advanced understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
Superior communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
Excellent program management, problem solving, and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a program within the scope of overall strategies.
Strong financial and business acumen.
