Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential customers and real estate developers, in a start-up environment.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and capture a larger market share for assigned territory

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and provide flawless solutions

Successfully implement sales plans and meet or exceed sales targets

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Develop and deliver sales proposals to key stakeholders involved in decision-making processes.

Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments

Align and adhere to sales processes and guidelines

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or greater in the Life Science Business, Marketing or a related field with equivalent experience

Proven track record of success in a sales role

Previous experience and awareness of science startup business environments and Bio-incubators

Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong desire to compete and excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Background in drafting customer agreements or partnership contracts

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
