　　The Red Gate Group is seeking a Strategic Communications Lead to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (OSD) Manufacturing Technology (ManTech). In this role, you'll be at the forefront of providing communications and social media support, reporting on key themes, audiences, and media landscape.

　　Your creativity will shine as you develop compelling content, tailor it to diverse audiences, and distribute it through various channels, including the ManTech website. Dive into research, recommending outreach opportunities, and contributing to the development of outreach materials such as brochures, conference displays, and videos.

　　Your role extends to preparing and editing press releases, news articles, social media posts, videos, webinars, newsletters, and presentations. Be a key player in transmitting a periodic DoD Manufacturing Technology Program newsletter, monitoring media coverage, and producing media analysis reports.

　　Required Experience & Skills

　　Active Secret Clearance

　　Bachelor’s degree in a communications-related field

　　Three (3) years’ recent and relevant experience.

　　Capable of working independently with both junior and senior staff in a distributed environment while maintaining a strong commitment to deliverable schedules to meet tight deadlines.

　　Basic understanding of OSD Public Affairs operations (e.g., press releases, event coverage) and requirements for customer interactions with OSD Public Affairs, including processes for public release of information.

　　Experience in providing social media support to an organization.

　　Understanding DoD organization use, and limitations on use, of social media.

　　Proficient verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with unstructured verbal interactions, briefings, and meeting moderation
