Senior Data Analyst

　　Job Description

　　CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Analyst to meet with business units to gather reporting and analytic requirements and build roadmaps to complete projects. Partner across departments to identify key information gaps and create plans to provide or to obtain missing information. Build, maintain, and monitor custom PowerBI reports for various business units while maintaining data quality and accuracy. Build, monitor, and deploy scripts, stored procedures and jobs in a production environment. Understand and apply data and best practices, including ETL processes, database architecture, and performance. #LI-DNI

　　Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible software design, development, testing and implementation experience. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience using SQL including query writing, creation of tables, stored procedures and jobs; 3 years of experience using data to solve business problems or report on KPIs for multiple business units; 3 years of experience working in a software development, analytics, or data engineering department; 1 year of experience creating and maintaining business intelligence reports in Tableau or PowerBI; 1 year of experience using and creating ETL processes for production data; and 1 year of experience of analytical programming experience including predictive analytics and forecasting.
