Description:

　　An engineering consulting and design firm that provides land development services to the private real estate development sector is seeking an experienced Stormwater Designer. This is a fully remote opportunity, but candidates should live within 1-2 hours of the Greater Philadelphia area, as there may be municipal board meetings every few months.Responsibilities:

　　Preparation of grading and stormwater management designs for a diverse range of land development projects primarily in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

　　Preparation of stormwater management plans/reports as required for NPDES and E&S submissions.

　　Interface with review staff on technical items to assist in permitting efforts.

　　Serve as lead designer within a project team and provide mentoring and training to less experienced design team members to elevate their design skills and capabilities.

　　Qualifications:

　　At least 8+ years of land development/ stormwater design experience.

　　CAD & Civil 3D experience required.

　　HEC-RAS, TR-55, HydroCAD, and/or StormCAD a plus.

　　Experience completing NPDES and E&S submissions in Pennsylvania.
