　　What does a successful Sr. Manager of Credit Service Administration do at Fiserv?

　　As a successful Sr. Manager of Credit Service Administration, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners. You will serve a meaningful role in driving client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.

　　What you will do:

　　You will drive Credit Service Administration’s P&L and client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.

　　Lead program, project and staff augmentation team of 12+ to deliver against client requests and business plans

　　Maintain and improve governance process to manage client initiatives with centralized tracking of initiatives and progress

　　Support development of and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress over time periods

　　What you will need to have:

　　Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field required.

　　Demonstrated success in effectively driving delivery

　　5+ years of operational consulting experience

　　What would be great to have:

　　7+ years of experience in business implementations or operations in a leadership role.

　　5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry

　　Excellent ability to lead and motivate teams of 12This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
