　　Summary:

　　In keeping with the Dignity Health core values the Physical Therapist I is responsible for providing physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients.

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifactions:

　　Hospital Based: Must possess or be eligible to possess a current California license in Physical Therapy. Must obtain licensure within 4 months of hire.

　　Demonstrates good interpersonal skills.

　　Demonstrates competent working knowledge of standard physical therapy practices procedures and equipment utilized in the department.

　　Ability to interface with physicians and communicate verbally and in writing a patients deficits and need for PT services.

　　Certification Required.

　　Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

　　$40.66 - $58.96 /hour
