You will need to have knowledge of ourcurrent products (we\'ll train you), oversee bids, and confidently takeinitiative and make carefully reasoned decisions. POSITION DESCRIPTIONAs our valued Store Manager you\'ll be the eyes and ears of our Madisonshowroom: our clients and staff are relying on you and your incredibleability to maintain a great showroom environment, provide phenomenalcustomer service, and lead the store\'s operations. DAILY ACTIVITIES Atypical day in your role might look like: Walking into the store anddoing a quick walk around, greeting your team, and making sure theenvironment is clean, organized, and running smoothly. Then, you\'llwork with vendors to set up training sessions for your team and supportthem in meeting their goals. You run the everyday operations of thestore; this is your show! You\'ll find yourself ata home show event like the annual Parade of Homes or Nari Build andRemodel Expo and catch up with builders or meet new ones.
