YETI is actively seeking a Store Experience Team Lead - Part Time tohelp lead our store located in Scottsdale, Arizona and will report tothe Store Experience Leader. You will provide leadership support anddirection to the store team and successfully execute company strategies.You will help coach and motivate a team of brand advocates who in turnwill provide a \"wow\" factor level of customer experience. You drivestore profitability by upholding store operational and visualmerchandising standards and protecting company assets. You have acustomer first mindset, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changingentrepreneurial environments.

Responsibilities:
Sales and Profitability
Support driving store sales and achieving store sales goalsAssist in monitoring progress and results against KPIsBrand Experience/Customer Service
Drive excellence in customer service in store by modeling brandservice standardsRespond to all customer feedback and concerns immediatelyEnsure store team engages with each customer to create an authenticbrand experienceCultivate customer-centric culture with on the spot recognitionRepresent your store as an active brand ambassador within thecommunitySupport execution of store marketing eventsTraining & Coaching Team
Coach store team to YETI standard of customer service andengagement, brand identity, product knowledge, and operationsSupport execution of training programsEnsure team is educated on product and assortment to enhance sellingand customer engagementProvide timely training, coaching, and feedback to enable teamsuccess and growthOperations & Inventory
Help ensure team follows all company and store policies andproceduresAssist in managing stockroom inventory and supply levels andorganizationMay help execute inventory receiving and replenishment processesefficiently and accuratelyProvide a premium checkout experience using POS and/or mobile POSsystemVisual Merchandising
Maintain store visual merchandising standardsExecute floor-sets and merchandising directionTalent Management
Support development of a high-performing team of customer focusedGuidesIdentify performance issues and inform Store Experience LeaderProvide on-going specific and timely feedback to the teamSupport compliance with all Talent policies and proceduresLoss Prevention, Safety, & Compliance
Support a safe and secure work environmentAddress any customer or employee injuries and partner with Talentand Store Experience Leader immediatelyProfessional Conduct

High school diploma required; Associate Degree (AA) or equivalentfrom two-year college or technical school preferred but not requiredAt least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced, highvolume retail environmentExperience in a specialty retail environment, outdoor apparelindustry or experience with outdoor equipment sales preferredExceptional interpersonal skills founded on an authentic ability todeliver strong customer serviceExcellent verbal and written skills and the ability to build, lead,and manage high performing teamsDetail orientated and excellent organization skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications and retail systems aswell as mobile POSAvailable to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings,and holidaysUS Workplace Approach:
Must be at least 18 years of ageOperate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, phones,copier, etc.)Standing required for entire work shiftBend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as neededApproach may vary based on role.
