　　As a Staff, Software Engineer you will lead intricate projects, guide the team, assign work, ensure delivery, and influence key tech decisions.

From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.

　　What you'll do:

　　Spearhead the execution of an intricate engineering project, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.

　　Mentor and guide junior engineer, cultivating a collaborative environment for knowledge exchange and skills development.

　　Play a pivotal role in shaping architectural decisions, championing scalable and efficient solutions to meet present and future needs.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional team, including product and designers, to grasp the requirement and deliver top-tier software product.

　　Stay attuned to industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively integrating them into the development process to elevate the team's capabilities.

　　What you'll bring:

　　Mastery of relevant technologies, languages, frameworks, and deep understanding of software architecture to navigate complex development challenge.

　　Ability to inspire and guide a team, making strategic decisions, and providing mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

　　Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written to articulate complex technical concepts, collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other engineer effectively.
