Pay to commensurate with experience.$2.00/hr pay increase upon successful completion of department orientation.$10,000 sign on bonus (2 year commitment) for Nurses with one year ICU experienceH8B PICU Fast Facts:-H8B is a 24-bed pediatric intensive care unit.-Nurse to patient ratio is 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on the acuity and needs of the patient.-H8B is a multidisciplinary PICU that provides care for infants, children, adolescents and adults who become critically ill.
