Roles and Responsibilities
Execute with limited guidance the analysis / evaluation of assigned projects that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product / program requirementsProvide technical ownership of manufacturing, assembly and test issuesLead root cause investigations for hardware test and manufacturing test issueRecommend approach to meet the technical and program requirementsFormulate and implement plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules, and contract commitmentsDevelop action plans to anticipate and respond to problemsProvide technical guidance to other personnel and assigned teams; mentor others • Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and proceduresMonitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developmentsLead or participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and/or tasksParticipate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science from an accredited college or university A minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering position
