　　Our client is looking a staff accountant to join their accounting team and support their real estate investment fund. This role includes fund and corporate accounting as well as collaborating with finance team and their third party fund administrators.

　　Staff Accountant

　　$65-85k Salary + Bonus

　　San Francisco

　　Day to Day:

　　Collaborate with a third-party fund administrator to manage fund financial activities, covering fund accounting elements like cash management, GL, AP, AR, financial statement preparation, etc.

　　Manage accounting for subsidiaries and regional centers, handling tasks such as preparing capital calls, distributions, and insurance packages.

　　Handle transactions related to borrowers and associated loans, involving monthly loan repayment, and coordinating loan disbursements.

　　Work with IR and legal teams to prepare government filings, reports, quarterly investor reports, and manage investor repayments.

　　Review K1 schedules and coordinate with the Fund Administrator for annual interest payments to investors.

　　Oversee transactions with service and agent entities, tracking service fees, incentive fees, and backend fee calculations, as well as organizing annual/semi-annual backend fee payments.

　　Collaborate with tax preparer teams, provide PBC documents, and assist reviewing tax returns.

　　Prepare 1099 forms for management entities

　　Assist in preparing offering documents and marketing materials for potential investors.

　　Requirements

　　Ideal Candidate:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting

　　CPA preferred but not required.

　　NetSuite knowledge is a plus.

　　1-2 years of work experience

　　Detail-oriented and a team player

　　Strong organizational skills
