Description

　　Robert Half is seeking candidates for a full-time Staff Accountant position, which will become a critical part of a manufacturing company. You might thrive in this role if you are driven by a challenging work environment with many components. This Staff Accountant role's duties will require preparing journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliations, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation. Other responsibilities include internal reporting during the monthly close, participation in compliance, interaction with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and reviewing schedules reporting processes. 　　Responsibilities:

　　Monthly commission analysis of sales employees.

　　Monthly customer profit and loss statement.

　　Weekly KPI reports such as Unit Yield Report, productivity report and weekly sales report.

　　Bi-weekly payroll processing in ADP.

　　Payroll related reporting from ADP (401K, PTO, etc.).

　　Weekly bank reconciliations of subsidiary (intercompany).

　　Reconcile Intercompany balance sheet account.

　　Support P& L preparation of subsidiary.

　　Book monthly journal entries such as depreciation, prepaids, and accruals.

　　Back-up for AR desk for customer payment processing.

　　Back-up for AP desk.

　　Requirements

　　Advanced Excel skills, understanding of accounting concepts, analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Preference for a 4-year accounting degree/ minimum an associate in accounting.

　　2+ years of experience in accounting.
