Description

　　Robert Half has partnered with an esteemed organization to find a contract staff accountant for a 4-6 week project.

　　Major responsibilities

　　Complete month end close, journal entries,

　　Manage the design and creation of balance sheet analysis and communicate reports to management

　　Work with the accounting team to process credit card payments

　　Reconcile accounts

　　Requirements

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　Excellent attention to detail

　　Strong familiarity with Corporate Credit Card

　　Proven knowledge of University Degree

　　General familiarity with NetSuite

　　Credit Card Reconciliation experience desired

　　Foundational knowledge in Manage Vendor Relationships

　　Account reconciliation experience preferred

　　Well-founded grasp of Oracle

　　Maintain Vendor Files experience

　　Vow to meet business deadlines

　　Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

　　Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Top notch analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Recent and relevant accounting experience

　　ERP system experience

　　Outstanding organizational, written and verbal communication skills required
